住在巴黎也有四年了，眾人皆醉的浪漫之都雖不討厭卻也沒真正喜歡過，反而痴情於南法蔚藍的簡單風情。

這週趁著兩天短短的休假，說什麼也要坐一趟飛機去享受非觀光季節的陽光與海灘！👣👣👣

最近在巴黎的好多朋友一個個開起各種各類的餐廳，因緣際會下認識了這位年僅 27 歲的 AÏ HSU 餐廳老闆兼主廚。人家也來了我們餐廳兩次，今天換我來去捧場了^_^ （其實完全是自己想吃！）

餐廳去年聖誕節重新擴大裝潢，店門口沒有招牌，只是在門上有著用書法寫出來的店名 AÏ HSU，低調卻讓人忍不住想走近一瞧。

繼上回的週末法國里昂筆記，這次要特別介紹里昂 (Lyon) 的市集。

被譽為「吃的城」，里昂得天獨厚的地理環境讓他有來自夏隆內 (Charolais) 的牛肉、布列斯 (Bresse) 的家禽野禽、當伯(Dombes)的魚、金山 (Mont d'Or) 的乳酪等，所以在里昂，沒逛過市集別說你真來過！ 里昂最著名的市集莫過於廚藝界老佛爺-保羅·包庫斯中央市集 (Marché es Halles de Lyon-Paul Bocuse) 以及索恩河 (Saône) 畔旁的聖安東尼市集(Marché Saint-Antoine)。
